I'm an independent writer. Drinking Dom Pérignon 1921 to 2013 is my first book about wine. I've spent 19 years drinking Dom Pérignon from ten different decades, starting from the 1920s. Resulting in 598 rating points and 280 tasting notes summarised yearly to follow the development of the cuvées of Dom Pérignon since 2005. Within my book, you will find 68 beautiful openings with page-size-photos of the empty Dom Pérignon bottles. The bottles are as they were, showing the reality of hunting rare bottles and drinking them.
